FIGHTING CANCER WITH STYLE!

Just before Christmas my amazing Mother in Law was diagnosed with breast cancer.  My family is built on faith and while it was an emotional roller coaster my In Laws are confident that God is working in them, and through them.  My Mother in Law is beautiful, strong, and has endless love for all of those around her.  My kids are SO lucky to have so many people that love them as much as they do.  I really can’t commiserate with the horrible mother in law stories because I don’t have one!

Her doctors suggested that she have a “chemo bag” to carry things to do to keep her busy during her chemotherapy/medication delivery.  She found this plain black bag with a pocket in the front and asked if I could make it a little more distiguishable.  So I thought I’d give it a shot.  I used some accessories from a Studio Calico kit, a doily for a stencil, and some fabric paint.  Where the cute ribbon is is where the outside pocket is - you just can’t tell because it’s black.
